Yes. $100 deposit is required to hold your reservation. 

A full refund is issued if you cancel your policy before two weeks of the reserved date.

The fabUbus can go anywhere! We have done parties outside of restaurants, ice cream shops, parks, and theaters, just to name a few. 

The party package includes a 25-mile radius from Wald Park, Vestvia Hills. For parties over the 25-mile radius, there will be an additional $50 mileage fee, up to 40 miles. If you are located over 40 miles, please contact us directly.

Our max number of guests on the bus is 18.

If your guest list will exceed the 18, please contact us directly to discuss alternative arrangements.

Due to space limitations, the bus is limited to party participants only. Parents, photographers, and additional siblings will be able to participate in the red-carpet runway show at the end of the party.

• Bus arrives 10-15 minutes early to set up. Please have the girls arrive during this time, so that all the girls can enjoy the full time on the bus.
• At your reserved time, we will invite the girls on the bus, led by the birthday queen.
• The girls will receive a festival braid, festival glitter, hair glitter, and glitter tattoos.
• While the girls are waiting to have their turn at glam, they will enjoy karaoke, dancing, dressing in props, and taking selfies.
• Once all girls have been given their glam treatment, we will end with a red-carpet runway show to showcase their new looks. (Party usually lasts an hour.)

No. We have a "selfie" station at the back of the bus. The girls will be encouraged to take selfies and videos throughout the party, and you will receive a copy within the next week. You are also welcome to record the fashion show at the end of the party as well.

Whatever you like! Our goal is simple: give the girls an unforgettable time while you kick back and relax!

Unfortunately, the fabUbus is not a good fit for most boys. Unless it is a very special little boy that loves all things "girly", we discourage having boys on the bus. If you have boys on your guest list, we suggest inviting them to come a little later to attend the red-carpet runway show and the rest of the party.

Due to insurance restrictions, we cannot allow anyone under the age of 3 to be on the bus.

Yes! We have done multiple school events, holiday events, and community events. Please contact us directly for pricing. 

Balance is due at the end of the party. We accept Venmo, Apple Pay, credit card or cash. We do not hold credit card information, so even if you paid the online deposit by card, we will need to rerun the card. Please have payment ready after the red-carpet show.

Make sure we have an updated phone number to text you the pictures. Two files will be sent via test. You will need to download these files within two weeks. We do not store these photos past that date, so please check with us if you have not received your files within a week.

The fabUbus needs the equivalent of two parking spaces and a relatively flat surface. We cannot drive up or down steep driveways, so sometimes street parking is a great alternative.
